Ingredients: Alfalfa


Alfalfa has been used as an herbal medicine for over 1,500 years. Alfalfa is a flowering plant that grows in Australia, United States and Central & South America. Alfalfa has the highest feeding value of all common hay crops and it is the highest yielding forage plant. Alfalfa contains 1.5 times the corn protein, minerals (calcium, potassium, iron), such as vitamins (A, B1, B2, C, D, E) and so on, niacin, pantothenic and rich in chlorophyll, while the alkalinity is higher than that in spinach. It is rich in potassium, effectively protect the human body fluid balance, thus is also believed to be helpful towards people suffering from water retention or edema.
