Ingredients: Blackcurrant


Blackcurrant contains a lot of vitamin B, C, D, E, F, P and carotenoids. It contains more vitamin C than apples, peaches and grapes. It also contains a high proportion of minerals such as calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron, zinc and phosphorus. It has the highest content of calcium than other fruits. The dark purple color of blackcurrant indicates that it is rich in anthocyanin. Anthocyanin is a powerful antioxidant. It is proved to prevent cardiovascular diseases, inflammation, eye fatigue, cataracts, urinary tract infection, and cancer.
